Description
As a Community Care RN, you will provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Your care will be based in the nursing process and consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. You will apply knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching, and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- 1-year home health RN experience
