Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services to patients in Yamhill County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' unique requirements.
- Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on disease management, medication use, and other aspects of care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- At least one year of experience in medical/surgical or community mental health settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
