The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations (Emergency Services) embraces a spirit of continual improvement and possesses a relentless drive towards excellence. They are accountable for the 24 / 7 operations of their defined unit(s). The Nurse Manager is accountable for the quality of care delivered and outcomes of areas under their leadership. Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 5 years of Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
