- Provide 24/7 leadership and oversight to defined unit(s)
- Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and respect within the department
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and staff engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance clinical operations and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree in related field
- Experience: ~5 years of Nursing experience with progressive leadership roles in trauma ER settings
- National Certification from recognized professional organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire
- Strong management and leadership skills, with a track record of achieving results
