We are a dynamic healthcare organization seeking a talented RN to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical settings, providing exceptional patient care.
About Our Mission
We are committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care, leveraging our diverse team's expertise to create a seamless experience for patients and families. Our Float Pool RNs collaborate across the hospital to provide care in 10 units, including Medical A, B, and C, Cardiology A and B, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Oncology, and Clinical Decision Unit.
We foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth, offering opportunities to cross-train outside of your Division to Behavioral Health, Interventional Recovery Unit, Short Stay Unit, Medical Procedures Unit, IV Therapy, and Emergency Department Boarding areas.
We invest in our staff's success, providing 4-6 weeks of preceptorship with an established Float Pool RN. Our Charge RNs are dedicated to rounding on staff throughout the hospital each shift, ensuring your progress and providing clinical support as needed.
