Job Summary
This is a 36 hour per week position in the Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. Day and night shift opportunities are available (12 hour shifts that begin at 7am or 7pm) with rotating weekend.
About the Role
Providence Medford Medical Center is a certified Level 3 trauma center and nationally recognized for excellent stroke care. Our Medical/Surgical unit (2 East) is a 35 bed inpatient unit that provides care for a combination of general medical and post-surgical patients.

Our nurses care for a wide variety of diagnoses and surgical procedures, making it an excellent learning environment. In addition, the unit sees a small population of pediatric patients as we continue to grow that service line. 2 East is a fast paced, team oriented unit with a strong commitment to delivering safe, quality patient care.
Benefits
- Evening shift differential – $2.15 p/hr
- Night shift differential – $5.50 p/hr
- $12,000 hiring bonus (full time only) offered for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
