Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor
The Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group, upholding standards of clinical practice. The position oversees clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with at least 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Completion of an ONS-approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion upon hire.
- Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center upon hire.
- 3 years RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient / ambulatory care / medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses, and related clinical positions.
