Providence strictly enforces a no-artificial-nails policy and requires nail length to be 2mm or less beyond the finger tip. Monitoring is in place to ensure compliance.
We are increasing headcount in anticipation of cold/flu season, based on historical data and recent trends. Clinicians should have notifications turned on and remain engaged during peak periods.
Job Requirements
A minimum of two years of recent/current experience is required, with no more than a 3-month gap in ICU experience.

Additional Details
Epic charting system will be used.
Proof of flu vaccination or declination is required. Clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift.
Clinicians failing to comply will be sent home.
Clinician attire requirements: Royal blue for RNs, wine or maroon for CNAs, any solid color for other professions.
