As a Computed Tomography (CT) technologist, you will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensuring accurate and timely image acquisition and processing
- Providing exceptional patient care and communication
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT technologist or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current certification in BLS and ACLS
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of Epic charting system and proficiency in using technology to enhance patient care
