AWHONN standards Special requirements : LDRP and triage experience required with a minimum of 2 years in the specialty. RN may float as helping hands if census is low. RN does not take a patient load in other departments, and is able to immediately return if an OB patient presents; No providers in-house 24 / 7; we did 65 deliveries last year.
