Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY.
Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required. If no UD is linked, defer to Clinical Tracks.
CL - If UD or Clinical Track is not available at the time of qualification, please add dash note "CL please audit requirements". Not required for Non-Clinical or remote candidates.
