Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Member Services Specialist who will :
- Work with Direct and Exchange member accounts
- Provide support pertaining to member eligibility, enrollment, premium billing and payment, and delinquency via phone, chat and / or email for both Direct and Exchange Members
- Provides excellent customer service for all lines of business and all member interactions by providing a full point of service
- Researches, investigates and resolves member issues
- Maintains confidentiality of all information related to members and employees

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
