Description
This position is responsible for directly supporting Providence Regional Medical Center in the management of patient and visitor concerns. This will be achieved by : 1) Intake and handling of patient concerns 2) Update and management of the patient concerns database to include running reports and assisting with data needs and access. 3) Maintenance of close communication and working with Administration, and Medical Staff to facilitate effective and timely work related to the concerns process. This position performs duties in a manner that reflects the Providence Health System values, philosophy and mission.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree Business Information Management, or a related field.
- 2 years Experience in data entry, data display, data manipulation and information technology including personal computers, operating systems and application software.
