Admitting Representative at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.

Per Diem/On Call - Variable Shift

The ADT/PBX Clerk is a member of a team whose purpose is to provide Providence Health System with superior service in performing multiple functions. General responsibilities are registering patients, obtaining appropriate demographics, insurance and medical information. In addition, the ADT/PBX Clerk is responsible for operating the hospital telephone and paging system.

Required Qualifications

  • Clerical and computer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework/Training: College-level coursework.
  • Healthcare experience in a hospital setting, health insurance or medical office.
  • Multi-line phone experience.

Pay Range: $ 18.08 - $ 27.10

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
