Pay Range: $ 93.67 - $ 149.77
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- PharmD Pharmacy or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
- BPS certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in Pharmacotherapy and/or specific area of practice (where applicable and within 2 years of hire if not already certified)
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
- Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable
- ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable
- 2 years - PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
