The role of the Social Services Clinician is to work with and support patients through the provision of information/education, resources, advocacy and referrals. This position assists patients and families to navigate systems of care utilizing personal, community and governmental resources. The comprehensive impact of health conditions on the client and family will be addressed in partnership with medical providers to meet their various social service concerns.

This position is designed to work with and in support of the Social Services Clinician: MSW, LMSW, LCSW.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week (0800-1630 M-F)

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Social Work.
  • 1 year Work or practicum experience in the provision of social services.

Pay Range: $ 28.41 - $ 43.47

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
