About the Job
- Verify insurance prior to patient arrival to ensure accurate billing and coding.
- Obtain pre-certification from insurance companies for procedures requiring prior authorization.
- Request office notes from referring physicians when necessary for Authorization.
- Communicate effectively with patients to inform them of their financial responsibilities.
