Responsibilities:
Perform timely and accurate QI assessments, complete Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient, identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Additionally, responsible for completion and revision of Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
