Community Resource Representative - Pediatrics

Description

Performs a variety of patient centered administrative tasks to support the clinic team. Will work under their direction to support patients and families with their specific resource needs. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training in Medical Terminology
• Demonstrated work experience with patients and families
• Work experience, preferably in health care setting, providing customer service and administrative support to professionals
• Experience working with insurance payers

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
