Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday through Friday (No weekends or holidays)

Location: Two locations in Edmonds, Washington, just five blocks apart

Job description:

Provide supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for clinic functions and special projects on a day-to-day basis as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of at least 1 year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training.
• Or level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training.
• 3 years: Progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience desired.
