Associate Marketing and Communications Specialist

Description

Marketing/Intake Representative is responsible for outreach activities that enhance Providence Elder Place's visibility in the community and garner referrals and inquiries from qualified prospects that convert to enrollments in Providence ElderPlace Seattle in a timely manner. This will include the implementation of a community relations program designed to create a positive reputation for PEPS and a sales/marketing program that results in a net increase in census.

The Marketing/Intake Representative plans and executes special events and other promotional activities designed to attract prospects and/or referral sources to PEPS. Produce marketing materials such as fact sheets and brochures.

Required qualifications:

• upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 1 year Proven success in sales, marketing and public relations activities in the human services sector

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant field

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
