About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Valdez Medical Center. As a Clinical Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to perform functional tasks that maintain the orderliness of the nursing unit and contribute to the effective overall functioning of the clinical area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant course.
- Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
