The Claims Specialist processes claims for members, providers, and employers. In addition to claims processing the claims specialist provides and interpret detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium information on a broad portfolio of products, responds to claim inquires, and resolve member issues or concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year - Experience in a Associate Claims Specialist position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience with healthcare customer service and/or claims, accounting
