Clinical Liaison RN

Description

This position represents Providence Home Services (HS) at contracted facilities and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role of the Clinical Liaison RN is to coordinate and arrange hospice services between HS and contracted facilities associated with a clinical referral.

Required qualifications:

• Education sufficient for licensure
• upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Full-time experience in clinical role

Preferred qualifications:

• Liaison, marketing or sales experience.
• Health care industry experience.
• Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.
• Epic EMR experience.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
