We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager in the NICU department at Providence Alaska Medical Center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to coordinate daily department operations.
- Supervise personnel and coordinate activities of Nursing.
- Mentor under the Clinical Manager/Director and pursue management and leadership training within the Providence Alaska Learning Institute.
- Assist with business plans, fiscal accountability, and clinical and resource utilization.
- Foster change and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Three (3) years Clinical experience.
- One (1) year Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Certification within area of expertise or practice (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.) upon hire.
