\We are seeking a highly skilled registered nurse to join our Medical ICU team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

\- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. \
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care. \
