Your expertise will help ensure accurate diagnoses and inform treatment plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate cardiac ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality echocardiographic images
* Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess cardiac function in patients of all ages
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
* Ensure accurate diagnoses through meticulous image analysis
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac imaging techniques and technologies
Required Qualifications
* Education: Meet certification, license, or registration requirements
* National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
* 2 years of experience in acute care hospitals
* 1 year of Neonatal and pediatric experience performing a minimum of 150 supervised pediatric echoes
* Preferred qualifications: RDCS in Pediatrics
