What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Services Technician position at Providence?
Description
Under supervision of the Environmental Services Manager or designee, provides, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, shampooing, restocking janitor closets, requested table setups, snow removal, trash handling, furniture moving, and proper us of facility products, chemicals, and solutions all in a timely, courteous, sanitary, and safe manner.

Required Qualification:
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous experience in a health related facility or one year in janitorial services.

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
