Providence Medical Group's Doctors Clinic is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its well-established primary care clinic in Medford, Oregon. Our age-friendly clinic supports senior health and features a primary care medical home setting and a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, patient relations representatives, psychologist, clinical pharmacy specialist, nursing, case management, and dietitian.

Benefits :

- Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.80 FTE, 0.90 FTE, or 1.0 FTE)
- Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week

- As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Position is eligible for J1-waiver and H1B sponsorship
- Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply. Previous experience caring for older adult and geriatric patients is preferred
