We are seeking an experienced RN - Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence PACE/ElderPlace.
As a member of our team, you will provide nursing coverage for outpatient clinics, working closely with RN Case Managers and Clinic nurses to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Key responsibilities include providing nursing coverage, collaborating with healthcare team members, and communicating effectively with patients and families.
Requirements:
- Education sufficient for licensure
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 1 year - Long term care or geriatric nursing
- 1 year - Working with the frail and elderly
