Job Description
We're seeking an experienced nurse liaison to join our team at Sacred Heart Medical Center. This position will involve creating and maintaining positive referral relationships to increase home infusion referrals within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hospital teams to identify opportunities for home infusion therapy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and facilities
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and ordering providers
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to home infusion referrals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year full-time experience in a clinical role
