Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert nursing care and case management to patients with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on infusion therapy and related topics.
- Manage patient records and communicate effectively with payers and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
- 3 years of experience in infusion therapy or related field.
- BLS certification.
