Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements:
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit or similar setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
