IS Technician - Infrastructure Services at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA

Shift Details: Full-time, Variable Shift, 8-hour shift length

The IS Technical Support Specialist serves as a resource and local primary point of contact for customer's issues and requests for information technology services and support.

The IS Technical Support Specialist provides high quality end user IS/IT services to all Providence employees, partners, and customers, while also delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: A , Network , CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MCDBA (for Level II)
• 1 year Level I: IT customer service related experience in a single or combination of positions.
• 1 year Level II:
• At least two (2) current certifications
• in technology related fields and a minimum of (1) year of experience in technical support. -or-
• At least one (1) current certification in technology related field plus a minimum of at least two (2) years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center. -or-
• At least three (3) years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Level I: IT or IT related industry. Or Minimum of two (2) years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's Degree Level II: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. Or Associate's degree in IT or IT related industry plus (4) years of IT experience.
