Manager Care Management RN - Case Management, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, Spokane WA

Under the direction of the Director of Case Management, the Mgr-Case Management is responsible for providing leadership, consultation and assistance in the development of Intra / Interdepartmental Systems that support collaborative and innovative patient care delivery as related to Case Management at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Holy Family Hospital, or St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center.

Shift Details:

• Fulltime, 40 hours per week, 8 - hour Day Shift

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 5 years Hospital nursing experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• upon hire: Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM).
• 3 years Previous experience in Case Management.
