Job Description
The RN-Home Health role involves working alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care to patients in their homes. This position requires registered nurses to exercise independence and flexibility while creating rewarding relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS-American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- One year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN
- Two years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patients
