Responsibilities
This role requires managing clinical and non-clinical caregivers, utilizing the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities, and providing managerial presence for all shifts. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services within assigned shifts. Additionally, you will provide input for performance evaluation purposes and contribute to the development of clinical and operational strategies.
