Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with renal medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of acute care experience with renal medical patients or completion of a specialty residency program
