Description

The Procedural Scheduler schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting.
• Extensive and excellent customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic or other EMR.
• Specialty clinic experience.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
