Job Title: RN - Emergency Department
Location: Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, CA
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
