RN Emergency Services Night Shift

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Services department. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Current Washington state Registered Nurse license.
• National Provider BLS certification.
• 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency setting.
