This posting is for multiple openings of RN Float Pool at Providence Regional Medical Center in Washington state.
The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce. Float pool nurses provide crucial support to all acute care units, including emergency departments, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock-down psychiatric units, long-term care, and many more.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in various acute care units
- Support colleagues in times of staffing shortages
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
