Job Description

The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the patient and/or caregiver, physician, other health care providers, and payer to provide infusion therapy services.
• Demonstrate competency in all phases of the nursing process and collaborate with other healthcare workers to promote quality patient care.
• Act as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education sufficient for licensure.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
• 1 year Experience in acute care nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home health or home infusion experience.
