Job Description
The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site.
This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer.
This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Education sufficient for licensure.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 1 year Experience in acute care nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home health or home infusion experience.
