About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Acute team at Providence St. Joseph's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
