Job Description:
- Provide exceptional patient care: Utilize your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection, making a difference every day through your extraordinary care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively: Listen actively to patients' concerns, provide clear and concise information about their treatment plans, and involve them in decision-making processes whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records: Document patient progress, medication administration, and any notable events or changes in a timely and thorough manner.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree: Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- California RN license: Current California Registered Nurse License upon hire is mandatory.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire, and Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
