What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound Diagnostic Technician position at Providence?
We are looking for a highly skilled Ultrasound Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform and evaluate sonographic examinations, obtain clinical history, and provide technical interpretation of sonographic and physiologic data to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Diagnostic Sonography, with a graduate degree from a recognized school and certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Experience in General Sonography, Echocardiography, and Vascular is preferred.
