POSITION OVERVIEW :
This CRE position’s role is to further their knowledge, experience and skills in handling all aspects of Portfolio Management and work more independently. The primary focus will be managing a small portfolio of their own as well as supporting multiple lenders with the management of their portfolios and other department related assigned functions. This will include the preparation of short term extensions, modifications, borrower contact and comprehensive financial review of both individuals and project economics and valuation, guarantor analysis, market analysis and risk rating recommendation. The loan analyses include both CRE construction loans and CRE permanent mortgages. This position is considered the less experienced job in the job family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performs portfolio management responsibilities including :
Monitor Covenant Compliance of the CRE Portfolio.
Preparation of Semi-annual construction reviews

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. May include travel by automobile.
HAZARDS
The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting and those present in commuting locally by car. Occasionally may be exposed to those conditions present in public forums and meeting places.
