Assistant Director of Nursing (Falmouth)

OVERVIEW: A nationally accredited non-profit leader in mental health and substance use disorder treatment seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure efficient patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

SUMMARY: The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and implementing healthcare services, supervising nursing staff, managing clinical operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Essential Job Functions

• Supervise nursing staff and assist in hiring and training.
• Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
• Update nursing policies and assist in budget management.
• Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
• Ensure compliance with standards and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Two years in addiction nursing and supervisory experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN License and CPR certification required.
