Clinical Nurse Behavioral Health/Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor oversees shift leadership and operations in a clinical department, ensuring nursing care safety and quality. Collaborating with the Nursing Department Director/Manager, they manage daily nursing services, support patient and family care, and supervise nursing staff while providing patient care as needed. They serve as role models for clinical and service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP, and TNCC as applicable.
• SKILLS: Knowledge and skills for age-appropriate care.
• EXPERIENCE: 3 years relevant experience preferred.
  
  

ENVIRONMENT: Works irregular hours with exposure to infectious diseases and emergency situations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle emergencies, prolonged standing, and patient transfers.
